How do I pay?

After filling out the booking form you will receive a payment link for your deposit of 50%
The rest of the balance has to be settled 60 days before departure.

What is you cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure usually receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 60 days are subject to our terms and conditions. You can find them at the bottom of this page.

Do I need to arrange my own travel insurance?

Absolutely. We require that all travelers have comprehensive travel insurance. This should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and luggage loss. We can provide a list of preferred providers upon request.

Can I customize one of your existing itineraries?

Absolutely! While our group tours have set schedules, our custom trips can be fully tailored to your interests, pace, and budget. Just reach out to our team to start the "Tailor-Made" process.

Do you accommodate solo travelers?

Absolutely! Many of our travelers join our small group tours solo. You can choose to be paired with a same-sex roommate to avoid extra costs, or you can pay a "Single Supplement" if you would prefer the privacy of your own room throughout the trip (depending on the trip and availability).

Are flights included in the package price?

To give our travelers maximum flexibility with loyalty points and preferred airlines, we typically quote "land-only" prices. But of course we can advise you on what flights to take.

Can you accommodate specific dietary requirements?

Yes, we can accommodate most dietary needs but it depends on the country/trip. Please inquire before booking your trip.

Can I do something that isn’t listed?

Absolutely. Our listed itineraries are just the beginning. We love crafting custom adventures tailored to your specific goals. We also organise expeditions and work with different film and TV projects.
